These technology clusters will introduce ecosystems of innovation that will bring home-grown talents back to the country when they become aware of the implementation of advanced AI, recyclable high-performing solar panels with immersion batteries, hydrogen system operation, data farming and pico satelite connectivity, as well as the wave-piercing design of low-draft vessels.
